Day 1:
Morning: Warm water + lemon
Breakfast: Oats or poha
Lunch: 1 roti + sabzi + salad
Snack: 1 fruit (apple or orange)
Dinner: Veg soup or salad
Day 2:
Morning: Warm water + soaked almonds
Breakfast: Boiled eggs or upma
Lunch: Brown rice + dal + veggies
Snack: Buttermilk or coconut water
Dinner: Dalia or light khichdi
Day 3:
Morning: Jeera water
Breakfast: Smoothie (banana + milk)
Lunch: 1 roti + sabzi + salad
Snack: Roasted chana
Dinner: Soup + stir-fried veggies
Day 4:
Morning: Lemon honey water
Breakfast: Sprouts chaat
Lunch: Moong dal + rice + salad
Snack: 1 fruit
Dinner: Vegetable upma or oats
Day 5:
Morning: Warm water
Breakfast: Boiled egg or paratha (less oil)
Lunch: 1 roti + paneer bhurji + salad
Snack: Green tea + almonds
Dinner: Veg soup or dal
Day 6:
Morning: Methi water
Breakfast: Poha or oats
Lunch: Rice + rajma + salad
Snack: Coconut water
Dinner: Salad + 1 fruit
Day 7:
Morning: Lemon water
Breakfast: Smoothie or fruit bowl
Lunch: 1 roti + mixed veg
Snack: Roasted makhana
Dinner: Dalia or soup
